||Process Time||

We were in a head on collision in April 2023 due to my recovery I need to extend my turn around time. I might not take this long but please keep in mind turn around time is now 2-3 weeks. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay up to date. 

||Care for Acrylic Pieces and Digital Business Card||

 When you purchase please be aware that

🌟This is handmade so it may have some small imperfections
🌟Can break if dropped from high velocities
🌟Will need to be kept away from high heat. It can warp or lift.

-For the Digital Business Card: 

🌟All you have to do is tap your phone close to the keychain.

🌟Depending on the shape of your keychain, hold your phone close to the largest part of the keychain.The chip is placed in the largest part. If you are having issues you may need to confirm your device settings. 

||Care for Beaded Pens||

🚨Choking Hazard! Please do not put pen in mouth or leave pen unattended with a child. The top is screwed on and glued but it can come apart it tampered with.   

🚨Silicone beads are lead and BPA free. Silicone beads tent to attract lint and fibers, just wipe clean with a damp cloth or baby wipe.

 ||Refund Policy||

All items are handmade and we strive for high quality items.

If there are any quality issues with your items please reach out to us via email: createdbymsnancy@gmail.com. In which case we will do our best to correct the problem. The most common issues that could arise are ordering the wrong size or a defective product; such as a badge reel clip coming off.

Canceling an order must be done 48 hours after placing the order. 

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used minus a restocking fee. This fee is taken by the payment processor and thus cannot be returned by us the merchant. Processing times for refunds are different for each payment method. 

||Shipping Policy||

Packages are shipped via USPS. Tracking will be provided upon shipment.

Once package has been dropped off to USPS, Created by Ms. Nancy is no longer responsible for that package. 

🚨(ex: lost or damaged packages or stolen via porch pirates) Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Delivery is something that is out of my control. Most of the packages are shipped with First Class(now GroundMail.

It is the cheapest therefore it doesn't include insurance, but it can be added. Priority does include coverage up to $50. Any questions let me prior to placing an order. 🚨

||Cancellation Policy||

Cancellations: 

Please contact via email within 48 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel.  If you do not contact us within 48 hours to request a cancelation, we will not process your request.  

Add-ons: 

If you would like to add on any additional items to an existing order, please feel free to reach out to us via email and we will gladly assist you.
